well guys this is my first post here and i am quite nervous about this post let me tell you how you can make other computer shutdown when we click on a particular icon let the icon be my computer or recyclebin which are genrally placed on desktop
ok here is how to do it:
1.Right click on desktop and select new shortcut.
2.Now it will ask you to type the path of the shortcut.
3.Over there type shutdown -s -t 100 -c "this will shutdown"
4.Once this all is done hit next.
5.It will ask you to type name of the short cut write any common name like mycomputer which a user genrally uses in his day to day life.
6.now change the icon of the shortcut to make it real and place it on the desktop

now check out the real action have fun
